Join the Portland Chamber Music Festival’s Quintet on stage as they fine-tune for their May 11 evening performance at FPAC. The educational session will offer a candid view of the rehearsal process followed by a brief talk by the festival’s founder with time for some interactive Q & A. Although the session was designed specifically for Freeport High School Students, community members are also encouraged to attend. Don’t miss this high-energy, 45 minute behind-the-scenes look at the music and careers of these fine professional musicians. If you’re interested in hearing a 1730 Stradivarius up close and personal, this is your chance!
